SBB Mobile is a comprehensive travel companion app for public transport. It provides a range of features to enhance your travel experience and keep you informed during your journeys.
The app's interface includes a new navigation bar with various menu options:
- Plan: Easily plan your journey by searching timetables or using your current location as the origin or destination. You can also purchase tickets for the entire Swiss network, including travelcards on the SwissPass.
- Trips: Save your trips and access important information such as departure and arrival times, platform details, service disruptions, train formations, and walking routes. You can also set up personalized commuter routes and receive push notifications for rail service disruptions.
- EasyRide: Conveniently check in and travel across the GA Travelcard network. EasyRide calculates the appropriate ticket fare based on your traveled routes.
- Tickets & Travelcards: Digitally display your public transport travelcards using SwissPass Mobile. The section also provides an overview of your valid and expired tickets and travelcards on the SwissPass.
- Shop & Services: Quickly purchase regional transport tickets, Day Passes for the GA Travelcard area, and access useful links related to travel.
- Profile: Easily access your personal settings and customer support.

- Location: The app requires GPS activation to find the nearest stop or display the nearest stop in the timetable.
- Calendar and e-mail: SBB Mobile needs read and write permissions to save connections in your calendar and send them via e-mail.
- Access to the camera: The app requires camera access to directly capture pictures for personalized touch timetables.
- Internet access: SBB Mobile needs internet access for timetable search and ticket purchases.
